Greater Bemidji will host a free online training program for entrepreneurs – Bemidji Pioneer

BEMIDJI – A virtual program that coaches and supports all entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs on their startup journeys to help them test and refine their business ideas will run from 6-10 p.m. Wednesday evenings August 31-November 31 . 22.

In partnership with NoW Innovator Network, MN Launch and ILT Academy, Greater Bemidji is bringing the ILT Entrepreneur Leadership Academy to Northwest Minnesota, including cities like Bemidji, East Grand Forks, Warroad, Thief River Falls, Park Rapids and all the intermediate regions.

“We are very happy to be able to welcome ILT to our region and give entrepreneurs access to this intensive start-up program. This unique training is unlike anything we have offered before,” Tiffany Fettig, Greater Bemidji’s business finance manager, said in a statement. “If you really want to realize your business idea, you can’t miss this opportunity.”

Valued at $2,400 completely free, the 10-week online startup program is ideal for teams and individuals who are just starting to shape their ideas or have an existing product or business they want to grow. and develop like a startup. High-tech, low-tech, no-tech as well as non-profit business ideas are welcome, the statement said.

The program combines distance learning, distance collaboration and distance coaching to help participants test and refine their business ideas.

Over the 10-week period, participants will learn and practice how to explore and refine ideas, assess market potential, reduce risk, prepare for future development, prepare for investment, and validate products, customers and markets.

The course will conclude with a virtual Founder Showcase where teams will have the opportunity to pitch to a community of regional startups, business leaders and potential investors.
