Entrepreneur solves beauty, hair, health and wellness industry’s biggest challenge with launch of PamperClub app

June 6, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: PamperClub, is a free app that provides customers with exclusive offers on appointments and last-minute treatments, health and fitness, and provides an innovative new solution for salons and studios, at the following the Covid pandemic.

The app, which allows customers to search for deals in their area, along with the ability to prioritize their choice of business for automatic alerts, solves the problem of lost revenue due to cancellations while giving consumers access to last minute appointments that would otherwise go unfulfilled.

“Service businesses are currently facing an unprecedented increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduled appointments,” explained PamperClub founder Tracey Collins, an issue the salon owner has experienced first-hand.

“Customers who cancel due to covid are generally exempt from regular cancellation policies and this has created a huge problem for service industries over the past couple of years,” she said.

“I initially used social media such as Facebook to post last minute deals, and had some success, but felt there was a need for an easier way to businesses and customers to connect without having to create content and navigate the many social platforms.”

The application, which is 100% FREE for consumers and businesses and is available on IOS through the App Store and Android through Google Play, has already built up a national database of beauty, hairdressing, nail clinics , care, health and wellness, who are able to upload last minute deals to the app. Customers who have “starred” a business will be automatically notified by email of offers uploaded within minutes, or they can easily search the “deals” section of the app daily.

“The app is extremely easy to use and navigate, the fields are created for businesses so the hard work is done for them,” Collins explained.

Service businesses registered on the PamperClub app provide an additional opportunity to advertise and grow their customer base.

The PamperClub app model has already attracted a strong contingent of salons, spas, clinics and studios across the country, with plans to expand the business model to include major chains in the coming months.

“Business owners in the service industry want something they can implement immediately and reach an existing and potential consumer now. The PamperClub app is the answer to their needs,” Collins said.
