Applications now open for Apple’s Entrepreneur Camp in October

You can now apply for one of three upcoming Apple Entrepreneur Camp programs.

In a News update (opens in a new tab) on the Apple Developer website, the company announced that it had opened applications for three different cohorts for Black, Hispanic/Latina, and Female Founders. Applications close August 24, so be sure to apply early!

Apple Entrepreneur Camp supports underrepresented founders and developers of app-focused organizations as they create the next generation of cutting-edge apps and helps form a global network that encourages the pipeline and longevity of these entrepreneurs in the field of technology.

Apply now for one of three online cohorts of female founders, Black or Hispanic/Latina beginning in October 2022. Participants will receive code-level guidance, mentorship, and inspiration with unprecedented access to engineers and Apple executives. Applications close August 24, 2022.

When will the Entrepreneur Camp take place?

As a member of Apple Entrepreneur Camp, participants benefit from a one-year membership in the Apple Developer Program, a community of alumni, and ongoing support from the Apple development team.

Research shows that founders from underrepresented communities face unique challenges, especially when starting and running tech companies. We created Apple Entrepreneur Camp to support these founders and their organizations in building the next generation of cutting-edge apps, and to form a global network that encourages the pipeline and longevity of underrepresented founders and developers in the field of technology.

Entrepreneur Camp includes cohorts of female, Black, and Hispanic/Latin female founders and developers from underrepresented communities who have an existing app on the App Store, a working beta in TestFlight, or equivalent. The Camp experience begins with immersive tech labs, where you’ll receive one-on-one code-level guidance from Apple experts and engineers to help improve your app, as well as mentorship, inspiration, and guidance. insights from top Apple executives. Upon completion of the lab, you will benefit from ongoing support and become part of a growing community of exceptional alumni who can help you grow your business.
